About the Role
As a product manager on our community platform team, you will have the opportunity to amplify our story and advance the mission through community platform development.
You'll be working on
- Product manage Source Network’s Community Platform.
- Build a cycle of continuous improvement with design and developers.
- Help grow and develop the Community Platform with the team, within Source, and the community.
- Build, own, maintain, and explain a strategic roadmap.
You're most likely to succeed in this role if you
- Have experience in Web3 Product Management. A key predictor of success in this role is previous experience with Web3 Product Management.
- Passionate about community development.
- Have participated in Open Source communities.
- Familiarity with multiple product management frameworks, processes, and mindsets.
- Have made pragmatic tradeoffs, reducing Work In Progress.
- Have facilitated a strategic conversation.
- Have built collaborative relationships with your colleagues.
- Have developed leadership capabilities.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
